AI Exploration Day: Culture & Capability Strategy

This a comprehensive one-day programme designed to map out and agree a cohesive People Strategy supporting the broader impact of AI.

As AI redefines roles over the next 12-18 months, we will facilitate discussions to support the transformation, with clarity on the questions including:

  • What will the organisation look like?
  • What teams / departments will be affected?
  • How will roles evolve?
  • What skills do we need?
  • What environment do we need to build?

The focus is on equipping People teams and the HR function to effectively align people, culture, and skills with the changes brought about by AI, enabling a cohesive and well-supported transition for the workforce.

Suitable for teams of up to twelve people and is delivered face-to-face wherever possible.

Cost: £5,000 + VAT + travel expenses

Programme Objectives

  • Organisational Design: A high-level outline of the future structure, including how AI will influence team arrangements and role evolutions. HR will lead the definition of how key roles will change and what new responsibilities will emerge, setting the stage for AI integration across the workforce.

  • Culture Plan: Clearly articulated core cultural values that the organisation will need to foster for successful AI adoption, along with initiatives to promote these values. People teams will spearhead efforts to engage leadership and employees, ensuring that communication about cultural shifts is transparent and aligned with overall business goals.

  • Capability Plan: A comprehensive understanding of the current skills gaps, with a prioritised list of skills needed to thrive in an AI-driven environment. HR will establish an initial approach to training and development, crafting a capability-building roadmap that sets both immediate and long-term priorities. This includes clearly defining accountability for capability growth, whether through internal programmes or external partnerships.

Together, these outcomes provide a foundational strategy for organisational design, cultural transformation, and capability development.
