AI Exploration Day: Executive Alignment

The AI Exploration Day is a comprehensive one-day programme designed to support Executive and Senior Team understanding, alignment and map out next steps for the organisation AI Strategy and Vision. 

AI initiatives often require investment and transformative changes, impacting various aspects of the business. When executives are aligned, they provide clear direction, prioritise resources effectively, and foster collaboration across departments. This alignment helps to mitigate risks, address potential resistance, and ensure that AI projects are strategically integrated into the broader business objectives, ultimately leading to more successful and sustainable outcomes. 

This six-seven hour session includes facilitated discussions, business unit Use Case workshops, demonstrations, and interactive activities aimed at understanding AI basics, Responsible Use and Real World Applications. 

The programme is delivered face-to-face wherever possible.
